- Wash your feet with soap and warm water and dry completely before applying – or – use a foot cleanser like Kerasal’s DF Foaming Foot Cleanser.
- Squeeze out a dime size dose into the palm of your hand and gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. Apply to the top and bottom of both feet.
- Do not apply in between toes.
- Apply to affected dry, rough, cracked areas and areas of thickened skin.
- Daily applications preferably at bedtime allow your feet to absorb product more fully.
