ActiveWrap provides heat and cold compression therapy to all aspects of the knee, thigh and lower leg.  Each ActiveWrap features a comfortable medical plush compression wrap and two large heat/ice soft packs that can be secured in any position within the wrap.  While many ice products freeze solid and reach temperatures below therapeutic benefit, ActiveWrap packs stay soft and flexible when cold so they mold in place to insure an effective treatment.  Our product is non-toxic, re-usable and completely washable.  We finish all our products with only the highest quality materials to give you years of lasting durability and repeated use.

 

Versatile therapy when you need it.

 

Continuous no-mess cold treatments are readily available by rotating the soft packs throughout the wrap.  ActiveWrap heat/ice packs also provide effective contrast (alternating heat/ice) treatments as well.  Looking for emergency on site ice applications?  Simply remove the gel insert from the protective sleeves and fill with ice for immediate relief.  Wrap and go!

Cold Therapy:  Place ActiveWrap packs without compress in freezer for at least 2 hours before initial application.  Entire pack may be placed in freezer (black cover pouch included).  For quicker freeze remove gel insert from sleeve then insert back into pouch prior to application.  For emergency on site usage, gel inserts may be removed and black pouches filled with ice cubes for treatment as your entire ActiveWrap is completely washable.  Wrap both compress straps around area snug so that they attach to themselves to provide compression.  Treatment time should be no longer than 15-20 minutes or as recommended by your health care provider.

 

Use packs only as directed.  Overheating packs may cause expansion and reduced lifespan.  Hot packs can cause burns if handled improperly.  After heating pack, always check temperature before apply to body.  As with many forms of cold treatment, skin irritation may occur as a result of improper usage.  Cold therapy should not be used on patients who are cold hypersensitive, experience compromised local circulation or vasopastic disease such as Raynauds.  If abnormal pain, swelling or unusual reactions are experienced while using this product, remove and discontinue use until further advised by a medical professional.  This item is not intended for use as a brace or support during physical activity.
