How do I return something to hardtofindbrands.com?
Your satisfaction is our priority. You can return items shipped by hardtofindbrands.com, keeping in mind the following:
- You need to return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
- We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
- We will be more than happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order. In some cases, we may ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us, while in other cases we will advise you to dispose of them. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective items until you have spoken with a Customer Service Representative.
- We will refund your return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc).
- Before you return an item, please contact hardtofindbrands.com via e-mail, info@hardtofindbrands.com or call our toll free number 888-796-htfb (4832). Please include your name, address and the reason you want to return the item. A Customer Service Representative will respond to you as quickly as possible.
